Why these six games

QuizLab's six games were chosen by one rule: five minutes a day, with a reason to come back tomorrow. Sudoku and Minesweeper use deduction, 2048 and BlockDrop spatial sense, the Korean word puzzle vocabulary, and typing practice your hands. Games that work different parts of your mind sit in one place so you can pick whatever suits your mood.

Every game opens straight in the browser with no install or sign-up, and your records and settings stay in your browser. Each game comes with explainers and strategy guides covering rules, tactics and common questions.

How today's puzzles are set

• Sudoku, 2048 and BlockDrop: everyone plays the same date-based puzzle (the same tiles or block order), so records from the same day compare fairly.
• Minesweeper: a new daily board, plus a weekly no-guess board that can be solved by logic alone.
• Korean word puzzle: one two-syllable word per day. The answer is published only after midnight Korean time.
• Typing practice: the short text, long text, transcription and dictation of the day change with the date.

Who runs it

QuizLab is a free game site run by 에비듀, a sole proprietorship registered in Korea. Running costs are covered by the ads shown on the site. If you find a mistake in a rule or guide, please tell us through the contact page; we fix confirmed issues and update the page's date.
